You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Muzi for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.

3. Copyrighted Material

Muzi is a media player intended for your personal, legally acquired audio files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to possess and play the audio files in your library.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Muzi or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
